DISCOUNT CAR AUDIO

Please avoid this shop. I explicitly asked them to unplug my rear speaker without cutting any wires, and they agreed. When I arrived, the technician cut the wire in under a minute and charged me $100. When I asked why, he used abusive language, which is completely unacceptable. This is unprofessional, unsafe, and not trustworthy. I went there expecting a proper, professional job — not a shortcut that damages the car and abusive behavior. I do not recommend this shop. Edit1: In the response to this review, They are simply lying, They agreed to not to cut the wires at the side of my trunk and Owner used very abusive terminology when I asked why he did that. for quality, safe and professional work, please choose another shop.

I had an excellent experience at this car audio shop. They were fantastic to work with while installing my Tesla screen in my truck. Diego is highly skilled and can troubleshoot issues immediately. I will definitely continue to return to this shop.

I had an an amazing experience at discount car audio Diego helped me out I called discount audio because Best Buy was giving me issues and honestly was being very rude so I started looking for other places. Diego answered the phone. I asked him if we could get it done today. Diego is amazing to work with and the work is crazy clean. I have a budget system because I can't afford the high end I want.. but he treated the install as if everything was top quality. It's really clean and everything works perfectly. Will always go to him for anything auto related that he handles. Found my guy! I recommend him 1000000000000000000%

Been a long time customer from this shop, was working with them since they were in Asheboro! Always got me right in all my vehicles. Came on today to change my radio and Diego recommended me the best options for my Jeep, ended up getting a top of the line radio and got a sub since they threw in a deal for me. This is the place to go, would never take my car anywhere else!
